Welcome to TrapHouse Melbourne ("TrapHouse", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing tickets or attending our events, you ("you", "the customer", or "ticket holder") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Agreement

  • All sales are final upon purchase.

  • By buying a ticket, you agree to these terms and to comply with venue and event rules.

2. Ticket Policy

  • No Refunds: Tickets are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

  • Transfers Allowed: If you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. The responsibility of notifying us or updating ticket details lies with you.

  • Reselling tickets above face value or for commercial purposes may result in ticket cancellation.

3. Event Entry

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and government-issued ID.

  • The name on the ticket must match the ID unless prior transfer arrangements have been made.

  • Late arrival may result in refused entry depending on venue capacity or lockout laws.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person acting inappropriately or in breach of venue rules.

4. Event Changes

  • TrapHouse reserves the right to change event details (line-up, venue, timing, etc.) due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the rare event of cancellation, rescheduling, or major change, we will notify all ticket holders directly.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, violence, illegal substances, or antisocial behaviour.

  • Attendees must comply with all venue policies, local laws, and security directions.

  • You attend TrapHouse events at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or other incidents outside of our control.

6. Media Release

  • By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and recording. TrapHouse may use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may contact you via email or SMS with event updates or marketing. You may unsubscribe anytime.

8. Liability

  • TrapHouse and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred in connection with attending any event.

  • You are responsible for your own belongings and behaviour.

9. Minors & Age Limits

  • Unless otherwise specified, TrapHouse events are strictly 18+.

  • Entry requires valid proof of age at the door.

10. Acceptance

  • Purchasing or holding a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • TrapHouse reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice.
